For Donda, counseling is more than a career—it is God’s calling. Over the past 30 years, she has walked alongside individuals, couples, and families through seasons of challenge and change. Her extensive background includes work in private practice, community mental
health agencies, telehealth platforms, and supervisory roles, giving her a rich perspective on how to help clients move toward healing and growth.
Donda is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Alabama and also holds licenses in Virginia and Florida, allowing her to serve clients across multiple states. She works with teens, adults, and families on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, grief, stress-related conditions, parenting challenges, and sobriety support. Clients often describe her approach as collaborative, practical, and hope-filled, with one sharing, “She gave me tools I’ll use for the rest of my life,” and another saying, “Donda has helped me see with new eyes.”
