At Still Waters, we believe access to therapy shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why we work directly with many insurance companies to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs.
Your policy may cover therapy in full or in part. Since every plan is different, we recommend calling your provider to confirm your benefits. We’re also happy to help you understand your coverage and can assist in checking your benefits.
In-network status varies slightly among clinicians. Please ask us to check your benefits for the therapist you would like to work with.
We are in-network providers for the insurance companies listed below.
If your therapist is out-of-network, you may still be eligible for reimbursement. We can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) that you submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement varies by plan.
To verify your coverage, call the number on the back of your insurance card . We recommend asking:

If you’re paying out-of-pocket, we offer a sliding scale based on your annual household income. This helps make therapy more affordable and accessible.

We accept all major credit cards, including HSA and FSA cards.
Cancelation Policy
Life happens—but we kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. A $75 fee applies to late cancellations or missed appointments. Please note: insurance does not reimburse for these fees.
