SWCEC uses text messages only for service-related communication, such as:

Scheduling updates or cancellations

Follow-up related to client care

Responses to inquiries about counseling services
We do not send marketing, mass promotional, or group advertising texts.

2. Consent & Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from SWCEC when you:

Provide your mobile phone number during intake,

Select “Text OK” in your SimplePractice paperwork, or
-
Contact our office to request services and provide a mobile number.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and communication needs.
Standard message and data rates may apply.

3. Opt-Out, Help & Support

To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message.

4. Privacy & Data Sharing
We collect your phone number to communicate about SWCEC-related services only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information with third-party providers or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.​

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network. SWCEC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
