Clients consent to receive SMS communication by providing their mobile phone number and selecting ‘Text OK’ in their intake paperwork in SimplePractice. This page contains the full SMS disclosures required to be publicly available at the time of opt-in.

These SMS Terms and Conditions describe how SWCEC provides text messaging services and the terms under which you agree to receive them.

 

1. Program Description
SWCEC uses SMS messages exclusively for service-related communication, including:
• Appointment reminders
• Scheduling updates or cancellations
• Follow-up related to client care
• Responses to client inquiries
We do not send marketing, promotional messages, or group advertising texts.

 

2. Opt-In
By providing your phone number as part of our intake paperwork or contacting our office for services, you consent to receive SMS messages from SWCEC.

 

3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your appointments, scheduling needs, and interaction with our office.

 

4. Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. SWCEC is not responsible for these charges.

 

5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP.
